7-10 Tbsp Take for 1 cup (about 350 ml content):
7-10 Tbsp leaves of 1-2 stems of mint, finely chopped
7-10 Tbsp grated peel of 1/2 untreated orange
1-2 knife tip Cardamom
250 ml hot chocolate
Directions

Stir the mint, orange peel and cardamom into the hot chocolate, leave to stand briefly and serve.
