Fry the bacon in a pan without fat until crispy, remove. Cut pineapple into pieces. Clean, wash and slice the celery. Cut prunes into strips. Heat oil in a pan.
Fry the prawns for about 2 minutes and remove them. Add pineapple, celery and prunes to the frying fat and fry briefly. Deglaze with Tabasco and pineapple juice. Steam covered for about 5 minutes.
Season to taste with salt and pepper. Put the shrimps and bacon back into the pan and warm them up.
