Peel the shrimps, except for the tail fin, and remove the intestines. Wash the shrimps and pat them dry. Peel shallots and garlic and cut into fine rings. Wash parsley, dab dry, remove leaves and chop coarsely
Heat the oil in a frying pan. Fry the prawns for about 4 minutes, turning them over. After approx. 2 minutes add shallots and garlic and fry. Mix in butter and parsley. Season to taste with salt, pepper and lime juice
