Wash the potatoes thoroughly and quarter them lengthwise. Place on a lightly oiled baking tray and sprinkle with salt. Bake in a preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ convection oven: 175 °C / gas: level 3) for 30-35 minutes
Mix the remaining oil and chilli powder. Grate cheese. Brush potatoes with chili oil, sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 225 °C (fan oven: 200 °C / gas: level 4) for another 10 minutes. Serve with Sour Cream
