Country Goulash

Ingredients

  • 160 g gesch. Potatoes
  • 1 (30 g) gesch. Onion
  • 1 (50 g) cleaned tomato
  • 150 g cleaned leek
  • 100 g Pork escalope
  • 1/2 tsp (3 g) Oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, pepper
  • 1 knife tip Vegetable broth

Directions

    Boil the potatoes for about 20 minutes. Cut onion into slices. Cut vegetables into small pieces. Dice meat. Brown in hot oil.

    Take out. Fry the vegetables in the frying fat for about 3 minutes. Season. Deglaze with 100 ml water, bring to the boil.

    Stir in broth. Add meat and simmer for 2 minutes.
