Colourful turkey skewers

Ingredients

  • 30 g rice, salt
  • 1 (30 g) gesch. Onion
  • 200 g cleaned peppers
  • 100 g Turkey escalope
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper, some rosemary
  • 1 tsp (5 g) Oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sweet peppers

Directions

    Cover and cook the rice in 1/8 l boiling salted water for about 20 minutes. Cut onion into slices, paprika into pieces. Wash meat, dab dry, dice. Put everything alternately on skewers, season.

    Fry in hot oil for about 10 minutes. Drain rice and sprinkle with paprika. Arrange everything.
