Peel the carrot. Wash cucumber and carrot, drain and grate coarsely separately. Clean, wash and slice the tomato. Wash lettuce leaves and dab dry. Halve the bread roll.
Spread the bottom half with 1 teaspoon of remoulade and cover with the salad leaves. Spread the grated cucumber on the turkey slices, fold the slices half over and place on the bread roll. Put tomato slices in between and sprinkle carrot rasp on top.
Spread the rest of the remoulade on top and place the other half of the roll on top.
