Ingredients

  • 300 g Penne noodles
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 3 Onions
  • 2 red peppers
  • 2 Courgette
  • 400 g Turkey filet
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 500 ml Vegetable broth (instant)
  • 200 g Whipped cream
  • 1 TABLESPOON dark sauce thickener
  • 7-10 Tbsp Parsley

Directions

    Cook the pasta in salted water according to the package instructions. In the meantime peel onions and cut them into slices. Halve the peppers, clean, wash, dab dry and cut into strips. Clean and wash the zucchini and cut them diagonally into slices. Wash the meat, dab dry and cut into cubes.

    Heat oil in a large frying pan. First fry the meat all around until golden brown. Season with salt and pepper. Remove and put aside. Add the onions, zucchini and peppers to the frying fat. Also fry well. Season with salt and pepper. Add meat again. Deglaze with stock and cream. Let everything simmer for 10 minutes.
