Beat the egg whites with the whisks of the hand mixer until very stiff. Add sugar and vanilla sugar and stir in. Stir in lemon juice until a very firm meringue mass is formed.
Put 15 g love beads aside, stir the remaining love beads into the meringue. Use teaspoons of the meringue mixture to place small heaps on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Sprinkle the love pearls on the meringue piles and let them dry in the preheated oven (electric: 125°C/ gas: level 1) for about 1 hour.
Results in about 30 pieces.
