Select the berries, wash and clean them or allow them to defrost. Chop the strawberries finely. Strip currants from the panicles. Thickly peel the orange. Cut out the fillets and collect the juice. Wash, halve and stone the plums. Peel, quarter and core the apple.
Mix orange juice, rum and sugar. Mix with fruit. Leave to stand for a while. Whip cream until stiff with vanillin sugar. Fold in yoghurt. Arrange fruits with marinade. Add vanilla seeds.
