Peel the kiwis and cut them into pieces. Drain the peaches and collect the juice. Dice the peaches roughly. Wash and clean the strawberries and cut them in half or quarters depending on size. Wash apple and remove core. Dice apple and sprinkle with lemon juice
2 . Mix the fruit, 8 tbsp. peach juice and sugar in a bowl and leave to stand briefly
Whip cream and vanilla sugar until stiff. Fold in liqueur or juice. Serve fruit salad with the cream. Decorate with mint leaves if desired
Prepare fruit salad as fresh as possible. Keep covered and cool until serving, otherwise it will quickly lose vitamins
Instead of tinned goods, blanch 3 fresh peaches with boiling water, leave to stand briefly. Peel the skin and remove the stone. Instead of lemon juice, use aromatic lime juice for sprinkling
