Ingredients

  • 1 Lime
  • 2 medium sized apples (approx. 150 g each)
  • 2 medium-sized pears
  • 1 Pineapple
  • 2 Kiwis
  • 2 TABLESPOONS liquid honey
  • 3-4 Stem(s) Mint
  • 250 g Schmand

Directions

    Cut off 4 thin slices of the lime for decoration, squeeze out the remaining lime and collect the juice. Wash and quarter the apples and pears and remove the core. Marinate with the lime juice. Peel and quarter the pineapple and remove the stalk. Cut into slices of about 5 mm thickness. Peel the kiwis and cut them into approx. 3 mm thick slices. Add kiwis and pineapple to apples and pears.

    Sprinkle fruits with 1 tablespoon of honey. Leave to stand for about 5 minutes. In the meantime, wash mint, dab dry and, except for something to decorate, pluck and cut into fine strips. Stir sour cream with remaining honey and mint until smooth. Arrange fruit salad with sour cream on plates, decorate with remaining mint and lime slices. Serve remaining sour cream separately
