Ingredients

  • 1 can(s) (425 ml) Apricot halves
  • 2 Kiwis
  • 3 Oranges
  • 1-2 TABLESPOONS liquid honey
  • 4-5 Tbsp Lemon juice
  • 2 medium-sized bananas
  • 2 tablespoons (30 g) Cranberries (glass; thickened)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pistachio kernels, mint and biscuits to
  • 7-10 Tbsp Decorate

Directions

    Drain the apricots, collect the juice. Cut the apricots, except for 4 halves for serving, into narrow slices

    Peel and slice the kiwis. Peel oranges including the white skin. Cut out the fillets, catch the dripping juice, squeeze out the orange remains

    Mix 5 tablespoons apricot and lemon juice. Peel bananas and cut them directly into slices in the juice. Fold in prepared fruit, except for apricot halves

    Fill apricot halves with cranberries. Serve with the fruit salad on dessert plates. If necessary, chop the pistachios coarsely and sprinkle over them. Decorate with mint leaves and biscuits as desired
