Cream fat, sugar, salt and vanillin sugar. Stir in eggs bit by bit. Add lemon juice and zest and mix. Mix flour, cornstarch and baking powder, sieve onto the egg-fat mixture and mix. Pour the dough into the greased, semolina-spread mould and bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 200°C/ gas: level 3) for approx. 25 minutes.
Let the cake cool down a bit and turn it over onto a kitchen grid. Let them cool down for about 30 minutes. Stir 75 g icing sugar and 1 tablespoon of water until smooth. Stir in red food colouring. Stir 150 g icing sugar and 2 tablespoons of water until smooth and stir in the green food colouring. Mix the remaining icing sugar with 1 tablespoon of water. Spread 3 cakes with green icing and decorate immediately with some sweets. Spread the upper part of the remaining cakes with red icing and the lower part with white icing. Also decorate with sweets.
