Mix icing sugar and almonds. Add bitter almond flavour, condensed milk and 1 egg and knead everything well with your hands
Beat 2 eggs, sugar and honey with the whisk of the hand mixer at highest speed until creamy. Stir in the Christmas aroma. Mix flour and baking powder, sieve and stir in about 2/3 of it with the whisks of the hand mixer. Knead in the rest of the flour mixture with your hands. Roll out the dough to a rectangle (approx. 20 x 72 cm) and cut 9 rectangles (8 x 20 cm) from it
Form 9 approx. 20 cm long rolls (approx. 70 g) from the almond mixture. Place one roll on each piece of dough and roll it firmly into the dough. Place the rolls on a plate and chill for about 1 hour
Cut the dough rolls with a knife into pieces similar to spitzkuchen and place them on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Brush the dough pieces with milk and press an almond core in the middle of each. Bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 175 °C/ convection oven: 150 °C/ gas: level 2) for 15-20 minutes. Take out and let cool down
