Clean, wash and drain salads well. Clean, wash and thinly slice radishes. Wash asparagus, cut off woody ends. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a large frying pan.
Sauté the asparagus for about 5 minutes. Sprinkle with 1 tbsp. sugar, caramelise. Season with salt and pepper.
Mix vinegar, salt, pepper, sugar and mustard. Fold in 3 tablespoons of oil. Serve the prepared ingredients with goat cheese and ham. Drizzle with the dressing. Bread tastes good with it.
