Peel and chop the potatoes. Cook in boiling salted water for about 15 minutes. After a few minutes add soup vegetables. Season to taste with salt, pepper and garlic. Cut the sausages into slices and add them to the soup.
Heat for a few minutes. Peel onion and cut into rings. Heat oil in a coated pan. Fry the onions in it until transparent. Wash parsley, dab dry and chop finely. Arrange the soup in a plate and sprinkle with parsley and onions.
