Ingredients

  • 200 g cherry tomatoes
  • 1 Cucumber
  • 1 baby onion
  • 1 small romaine lettuce
  • 1 Radicchio salad
  • 1 package (150 g) firm cream cheese speciality Philadelphia for salad
  • 80 g Kalamata olives
  • 1 collar Thyme
  • 4 TABLESPOONS White wine vinegar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp black pepper
  • 1 pinch Sugar
  • 6 TABLESPOONS Olive oil

Directions

    Wash, clean and halve the tomatoes. Wash and clean the cucumber and slice it finely. Peel, quarter and slice the onion. Clean, wash and drain romaine lettuce and radicchio and pluck into bite-sized pieces. Dice Philadelphia for salad. Mix salad ingredients with olives. For the vinaigrette, wash the thyme, dab dry and put something aside for garnishing.

    Pluck the rest. Put vinegar, salt, pepper and sugar in a bowl and mix. Finally, fold in the oil. Stir in thyme and season to taste again. Mix the vinaigrette with the salad ingredients. Garnish with thyme. Roasted baguette slices taste good with it
