Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 1 Ciabatta bread (approx. 400 g)
  • 2-3 Garlic cloves
  • 5 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 1 cos lettuce
  • 500 g Tomatoes
  • 250 g Mozzarella cheese
  • 1 potty Basil
  • 150 g Salad cream
  • 300 g yoghurt, salt, pepper

Directions

    Dice bread. Peel and chop the garlic. Fry the bread in hot oil until crispy

    Clean, wash and finely chop the salad. Wash tomatoes, cut into slices. Cut mozzarella into slices. Wash and pluck basil. Mix salad cream and yoghurt, season to taste

    Layer the prepared ingredients with a little sauce in a high bowl one after the other. Cover and leave to stand for at least 2 hours
