Ingredients

  • 3 Camembert (125 g each)
  • 150 g Double cream cream cheese
  • 1 Onion
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sweet peppers
  • 1 Pot of chives
  • 4 Radishes

Directions

    Finely dice Camembert, add cream cheese and knead with a fork. Peel onion, dice finely and stir in. Season with salt, pepper and paprika. Wash chives, dab dry and cut into small rolls.

    Clean the radishes, wash them and cut them into fine sticks. Mix in chives and radishes. Tastes best on farmhouse bread.
