Select the strawberries, wash and pat dry. Put 4 strawberries aside for decoration. Remove the green from the remaining strawberries. Cut the strawberries into pieces. Whip the cream until stiff and fill into a piping bag with star-shaped spout.
Arrange ice cream scoops and strawberry pieces in pre-cooled glasses. Pour cream tuffs onto the ice cream. Drizzle each cream with 1 tablespoon of strawberry sauce. Cut the remaining strawberries and place them on the rim of the glass.
Decorate ice cream with heart wafers.
