Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Flaked hazelnuts or almonds
  • 75-100 g Whipped cream
  • 1 package Vanillin sugar
  • 100 ml Egg liqueur
  • 75-100 g Zarbitter couverture
  • 200 ml Vanilla Ice Cream
  • 7-10 Tbsp Mint and
  • 7-10 Tbsp Chocolate decor flakes

Directions

  1. 1

Roast the nuts in a pan without fat until golden brown. Take out immediately

  2. 2

Whip the cream until semi-stiff, allowing the vanillin sugar to trickle in. Slowly add the advocaat and continue beating briefly. Chill the advocaat cream

  3. 3

Coarsely chop the chocolate coating and melt in a hot water bath. Spread 2-3 tablespoons of advocaat cream on each dessert plate. Form or dice ice cream into balls and arrange on top

  4. 4

In each case let some melted chocolate coating run over the ice cream scoops. Sprinkle with nut flakes. If desired, decorate with mint and chocolate flakes. Serve the rest of the advocaat cream with it

  5. 5

    - The ice cream also tastes good with Baileys cream. If children are present, serve with a ready-made vanilla dessert sauce

  6. 6

    - Also delicious: supplement with fruit, e.g. strawberries or nectarines. With bananas it becomes a banana split
