Ingredients

Servings: 6
  • 125 g Butter or margarine
  • 75 g Sugar
  • 1 package Vanillin sugar
  • 2 Eggs (size M)
  • 175 g Flour
  • 50 g Cornstarch
  • 1 TEASPOON Gingerbread spice
  • 1 TEASPOON Baking Powder
  • 250 g Icing sugar
  • 75 g Coconut Flakes
  • 25 g Sweets (licorice, black dew decoration, chocolate sprinkles)
  • 7-10 Tbsp chopped pistol seeds and 6 lollies for decoration
  • 7-10 Tbsp Fat and breadcrumbs

Directions

    Beat the fat, sugar and vanillin sugar with the whisk of the hand mixer until foamy. Stir in the eggs bit by bit. Mix flour, cornstarch, gingerbread spice and baking powder and stir into the egg mixture with milk. Spread the dough with a spoon into a greased form sprinkled with breadcrumbs, smooth it down and bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 200°C/ gas: level 3) for 20-25 minutes and remove, turn out immediately and let it cool on a cake rack. Stir icing sugar and 4 tablespoons of water until smooth. Coat the snowmen one after the other with the icing, sprinkle with coconut flakes immediately and decorate as you like with sweets, pistachios and one lollipop each. Results in 6 pieces
