Ingredients

  • 150 g white and dark dominos
  • 250 g Butter or margarine
  • 250 g Sugar
  • 100 g firm nut nougat mass
  • 4 Eggs (size M)
  • 125 ml Egg liqueur
  • 250 g Flour
  • 1 TEASPOON Baking Powder
  • 7-10 Tbsp Icing sugar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Dominos
  • 7-10 Tbsp Fat and breadcrumbs

Directions

    Cut the dominoes in half. Cream fat, sugar and nougat with the whisk of the hand mixer. Stir in the eggs one after the other. Add advocaat, continue stirring. Mix flour and baking powder, stir in. Fold in dominoes. Pour the dough into a greased, breadcrumbed, ring cake mould (2.5 litres capacity).

    Bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 175 °C/ convection oven: 150 °C/ gas: level 2) for 65-70 minutes. Let the cake cool down for about 10 minutes on a cake rack. Turn out of the tin and let it cool down completely. Dust with icing sugar. Cut some dominoes into fine slices. Decorate the cake with them
