Knead marzipan with icing sugar and red food colouring. Divide the marzipan into approx. 15 equally sized pieces. Form caps from the marzipan. Form each piece of marzipan into a cone.
Press the top of the cone to the side. Use a knife to press several depressions into the resulting crease. Decorate with a sugar bead at the tip of each, press on. Keep well packed, in a cool, dry place for about 1 1/2 weeks.
