Ingredients

  • 850 g Potatoes
  • 6 discs Breakfast bacon (Bacon)
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp coarsely ground coloured pepper
  • 250 g Courgette
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 100 g Sheep's cheese
  • 1 Pot of basil

Directions

    Peel, wash and slice the potatoes. Cut bacon slices into strips and fry them crisply in 2 tablespoons of hot oil. Remove from the pan. Heat the remaining oil in it. Add the potatoes and fry for 15-20 minutes until golden brown, turning them over. Season with salt and pepper.

    Clean and wash the zucchini and cut them into sticks. Peel garlic and cut into slices. Add to the potatoes 5 minutes before the end of the cooking time and fry. Crumble the cheese coarsely. Wash basil, pluck leaves from the stems and cut into strips. Sprinkle both over the potato pan just before serving
