Colorful leaf salad with marinated oyster mushrooms

Ingredients

  • 400 g Oyster mushrooms
  • 100 g Shallots
  • 6 Stem(s) Thyme
  • 10 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 100 ml Balsamic vinegar
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Wine vinegar
  • 1 pinch Sugar
  • 200 g cherry tomatoes
  • 200 g Baby salad mix

Directions

    Clean and clean the mushrooms and cut them into small pieces according to size. Peel shallots and cut them into slices. Wash thyme, shake dry, pluck leaves from the stalks. Heat 6 tablespoons of oil in a frying pan and fry the mushrooms for about 5 minutes. Season well with salt, pepper and balsamic vinegar

    For the salad dressing, whisk wine vinegar, salt, pepper and sugar. Add 4 tablespoons of oil drop by drop

    Wash and halve the tomatoes. Wash lettuce, shake dry. Mix lettuce, tomatoes and sauce carefully and arrange with the mushrooms. Bread tastes good with it
