  • 250 g Raspberries
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Lemon juice
  • 1 package (200 g) Gelling magic for spreads; without cooking

Directions

    Read out the fruit, wash and drain. Weigh 200 g of perfect fruit. Put the fruits into a mixing cup, add lemon juice and jam sugar and puree everything for about 45 seconds.

    Fill fruit spread into prepared clean glasses and close them well. Store in the refrigerator. Spread should be used up within 14 days.
