Wash and clean the chilli pepper, cut into rings and remove the seeds. Wash lemon and lime hot, grate dry and finely grate the peel. Halve the lemon and lime, squeeze one half each and place in a bowl.
Add vinegar, 1 tablespoon of water, sugar, salt and pepper and mix. Stir in the oil quickly one by one and season to taste again if necessary. Add chilli rings.
