Ingredients

  • 2 pink grapefruits (approx. 300 g each)
  • 3 Blood oranges (approx. 200 g each)
  • 650 ml Grapefruit juice
  • 1 kg Gelling sugar 1:1

Directions

    Peel grapefruit and blood oranges. Remove the pulp between the parting skins. Weigh 350 g. Squeeze juice from the parting skins.

    Fill up to 3/4 litre with grapefruit juice. Boil up juice and jam sugar. Add fillets, cook for 4 minutes until bubbly. Pour hot into prepared glasses and close them
