Citrus fruit salad with curd cream (diabetics)

Ingredients

  • 195 g peeled red grapefruit
  • 130 g peeled orange
  • 120 g peeled clementines
  • 150 g furbished carambola
  • 120 g peeled banana
  • 100 g cleaned apple
  • 7-10 Tbsp Juice of 1 lime (approx. 40 ml)
  • 7-10 Tbsp liquid sweetener
  • 1/2 Vanilla pod
  • 250 g Cream curd
  • 125 g Skimmed milk yoghurt
  • 20 g crushed pistachio kernels

Directions

    Cut citrus fruits, carambola and banana into slices, apple into slices. Mix fruit. Mix lime juice and 1 dash of sweetener, sprinkle on fruit. Cut the vanilla pod lengthwise and scrape out the pulp.

    Mix quark, yoghurt and vanilla pulp. Flavour with sweetener. Serve fruit salad sprinkled with pistachios. Add extra quark cream
