Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 3 Eggs (size M)
  • 5 TABLESPOONS Milk
  • 7-10 Tbsp freshly grated nutmeg
  • 4 discs White bread from the day before or older
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Butter or margarine
  • 80 g Bacon
  • 7-10 Tbsp Cinnamon
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Sugar

Directions

    Whisk eggs and milk with a whisk. Season with nutmeg. Turn slices of bread in the egg milk

    Heat the fat in a pan in portions. Fry the slices of bread in the pan for approx. 5 minutes, turning them one after the other. Fry the bacon in a pan without fat until crispy

  3. 3

    Mix cinnamon and sugar and sprinkle on slices of bread. Add the slices of bacon
