Spinach casserole

Ingredients

  • 7-10 Tbsp Pour 4 pers
  • 7-10 Tbsp 4 œufs
  • 300 g fresh spinach
  • 150 g the jambon blanc
  • 2 gousses d'ail
  • 4 tbsp. fresh cream
  • 60 g de comté râpé
  • 30 g de beurre
  • 7-10 Tbsp sel et poivre

Directions

    1 Butter 4 ramekins. Wash, stem and dry the spinach. Slice it. Peel and chop the garlic. Melt the remaining butter in a frying pan. Add the spinach and garlic, mix 4/5 minutes. Salt and pepper

    2 Preheat the oven to 180 °C (th 6) by placing a dish half-filled with water in it. Dice the ham and mix it with the pan-fried spinach. Then, divide the ham into ramekins.

    3 Break an egg in each ramekin and put fresh cream on top. Season with salt and pepper and sprinkle over the comté cheese. Place in the double boiler and bake for 5/7 minutes, the white must be just taken. Serve with wet wipes
