Ingredients

  • 3 Protein (weight class 2)
  • 250 g Icing sugar
  • 250 g ground almonds and hazelnuts
  • 1 package Vanillin sugar
  • 3 deleted Tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon tip ground cloves
  • baking paper

Directions

    Beat the egg whites until stiff, add sieved icing sugar and measure approx. 200 g. Mix with almonds, nuts, vanillin sugar, cinnamon and cloves. Put the rest of the beaten egg white aside. Roll out the moist dough in portions between cling film to a thickness of about 1/2 cm. Cut out stars (5 cm Ø).

    Dip the moulds several times in flour. Place on 2 baking trays lined with baking paper. Brush the stars with the rest of the beaten egg white. Bake the trays one after the other in a preheated oven (electric cooker: 150 °C/ gas: level 1) for 15-20 minutes. Results in approx. 45 pieces
