Beat 4 egg whites and salt until stiff. While continuing to beat, add sugar and continue beating until the sugar is completely dissolved. Mix almonds and cinnamon and fold in with a dough scraper. Cover and chill for approx. 4 hours.
Roll out 1 cm thick on some icing sugar. Cut out stars (4-6 cm). Put them on baking trays lined with baking paper. Beat 2 egg whites until stiff. While continuing to beat, pour in 200 g icing sugar and add lemon juice.
Keep beating until the sugar is dissolved. Brush the stars with it. Bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 150 °C/circulating air: 125 °C/gas: level 1) for about 20 minutes. Let them cool down
