  • 1 Bar (100 g) Christmas chocolate
  • 1 l Milk
  • 1-2 TABLESPOONS Sugar
  • 4 TABLESPOONS cocoa powder + 1 teaspoon for decoration
  • 100 g Whipped cream
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Irish whiskey cream liqueur (e.g. Baileys)
  • 1 package Vanillin sugar

Directions

    Finely grate the chocolate. Bring milk, sugar and 4 tablespoons of cocoa to the boil. Add the chocolate to the milk and melt it while stirring. Whip cream until stiff, add whiskey-cream-liqueur and let vanilla sugar trickle in.

    Fill chocolate hot into glasses and decorate with a blob of liqueur cream. Dust with 1 teaspoon of cocoa.
