Ingredients

  • 3 Branches of rosemary
  • 100 g Chorizo (Spanish pepper sausage)
  • 1 package (400 g) Pizza dough from the fresh food shelf
  • 7-10 Tbsp coarse sea salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Rosemary
  • 7-10 Tbsp Flour
  • baking paper

Directions

    Wash the rosemary, shake dry, pluck the needles from the twigs and chop roughly. Cut sausage into strips. Unroll the dough, place it on a floured work surface with the dough side down, remove baking paper.

    Spread the rosemary and sausage on the dough, sprinkle lightly with salt. Cut the dough in half lengthwise with a pizza cutter and cut both halves into strips about 2 cm wide. Turn the strips into sticks and place them on 2 baking trays lined with baking paper.

    Bake one after the other in a preheated oven (electric oven: 200 °C/ convection oven: 175 °C/ gas: level 3) for about 7 minutes. Arrange the finished Grissini in glasses and garnish with rosemary.
