Chocolate wafer sandwich with banana ice cream and mint

Ingredients

  • 125 g Butter or margarine
  • 50 g Sugar
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 2 packages Vanillin sugar
  • 3 Eggs (size M)
  • 250 g Flour
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Cocoa powder
  • 1 slightly heaped Tsp baking powder
  • 325 ml Milk
  • 6 small bananas
  • 6 scoops of vanilla ice cream
  • 7-10 Tbsp Icing sugar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Oil

Directions

    Cream fat, sugar, salt and 1 packet of vanilla sugar with the whisk of the hand mixer. Stir in the eggs one by one. Mix flour, cocoa and baking powder, alternately stir in with the milk. Let the dough swell for about 20 minutes

    Preheat the heart-shaped waffle iron and brush lightly with oil. Peel and slice the banana. Put 2-3 tbsp. of dough in the middle of the waffle iron and spread lightly outwards. Bake 6 waffles from the dough and let them cool down on a cake rack. Divide the waffles into individual hearts. Arrange 1 banana, 1 scoop of vanilla ice cream and 5 heart wafers on each plate, dust with icing sugar and decorate with mint leaves
