American brownies with walnuts (diabetics)

Ingredients

  • 1 Bar (100 g) dark chocolate suitable for diabetics
  • 100 g Butter or margarine
  • 3 Eggs (size M)
  • 100 g Walnut kernels
  • 96 g Diabetic sweetness
  • 7-10 Tbsp pulp of a 1/2 vanilla pod
  • 150 g Flour
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • baking paper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Aluminium foil

Directions

    Coarsely grate the chocolate. Melt fat and chocolate at low heat, remove from the stove. Whisk eggs. Coarsely chop the walnut kernels

    Stir diabetic sweetener, vanilla pulp, eggs, flour, salt and nuts into the chocolate. Cover half of the baking tray with baking paper. Line approx. 1/2 baking tray (18 cm) with aluminium foil folded several times

    Spread the dough evenly on the baking tray half. Bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 175°C/ convection oven: 150 °C/ gas: stage 2) for 15-20 minutes

    You can exchange these ingredients: Take normal sweetened chocolate and prepare the dough with 250 g of sugar. You can also exchange the vanilla pulp for 1 packet of vanilla sugar
