Chocolate soup with snow dumplings

Ingredients

  • 100 g Dark chocolate
  • 100 g Mocha chocolate
  • 250 g Whipped cream
  • 250 ml Milk
  • 2 Protein
  • 70 g Sugar
  • 7-10 Tbsp a few squirts of lemon juice
  • 7-10 Tbsp Cocoa

Directions

    Chop both bars of chocolate. Heat cream and milk, dissolve chocolate in it. For the dumplings, beat the egg whites until stiff. Add sugar and lemon juice.

    Cut off small dumplings with 2 teaspoons. Pour on boiling water and cook in a closed pot for 4-5 minutes. Serve the soup in portions with the snow dumplings. Serve dusted with cocoa
