Chocolate muffins with mandarins (diabetics)

Ingredients

  • 1 glass (370 ml) Mandarin oranges (suitable for diabetics)
  • 125 g Butter or margarine
  • 50 g Diabetic sweetness
  • 7-10 Tbsp a few dashes of liquid sweetener
  • 3 Eggs (size M)
  • 150 g Flour
  • 1/2 package Baking Powder
  • 20 g Cocoa
  • 7-10 Tbsp powder
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Milk
  • 26 g Fine milk chocolate
  • 20-30 Paper baking cups

Directions

    Drain mandarins well. Cream soft fat, diabetic sweetness and a few squirts of sweetener. Alternately stir in eggs and 2 tablespoons of flour. Mix remaining flour, baking powder and cocoa powder and stir in briefly with milk. Carefully fold in half of the mandarins

    Place 2-3 paper baking cups inside each other and possibly put them into a muffin tray (approx. 100 ml content per cup). Fill in about 1 tablespoon of dough each. Press the rest of the tangerines on top and bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 175 °C/ convection oven: 150 ° C/ gas: level 2) for about 20 minutes. Let it cool down

    Melt the chocolate and spread it on a smooth marble or porcelain plate. Allow to set and use a wide spatula to make rolls or shavings. Cool briefly, decorate muffins with it

    Instead of mandarins and chocolate for diabetics, use normal sweetened products. Replace diabetic sweetener and sweetener with 100 g sugar
