  • 150 g Low-fat curd
  • 75 g Sugar
  • 1 package Vanillin sugar
  • 5 TABLESPOONS Milk
  • 5 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 300 g Flour
  • 1 package Baking Powder
  • 500 g Apples
  • 100 ml apple juice
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Sugar
  • 1 piece(s) Lemon peel
  • 1 Egg Yolk
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Whipped cream
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Sugar crystals
  • 4 TABLESPOONS flaked almonds
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Egg liqueur
  • baking paper

Directions

    For the dough, mix quark, sugar, vanillin sugar, milk, oil and salt. Mix flour and baking powder and stir into the quark mixture. Peel, quarter, core and dice apples. Bring the apples, juice, sugar and lemon peel to the boil and stew at low heat for about 10 minutes. Remove lemon peel. Divide the dough into 12 equally sized pieces.

    Form round and press flat on a baking tray lined with baking paper to form circles (approx. 8 cm Ø). Put some compote in the middle. Whisk egg yolk and cream. Brush the edge of the dough with it. Sprinkle with sugar crystals and flaked almonds and bake in a preheated oven (electric range: 200 °C/ gas: level 3) for about 15 minutes. Let it cool down and sprinkle with egg liqueur
