Melt the chocolate over a warm water bath. Cream fat, sugar, vanilla sugar and salt with the whisk of the hand mixer. Stir in the eggs one after the other. Stir in chocolate. Mix flour and baking powder, stir into the buttercream.
Grease the troughs of a muffin tray (12 troughs) and dust with flour. Spread the dough evenly in them. Bake in a preheated oven (electric cooker: 175 °C/ convection oven: 150 °C/ gas: see manufacturer) for approx. 25 minutes.
Remove and let it cool down.
Whip cream cheese, cream and nougat until creamy. Pour the nougat filling into a piping bag with a medium perforated nozzle. Carefully remove the muffins from the tin, cut them in half horizontally. Put 2 top or bottom parts with nougat filling together to form a monster.
Decorate with sugar eyes and chill for at least 30 minutes. If necessary arrange in paper baking cups.
