Coarsely crumble the biscuits in a bowl. Sprinkle with liqueur, mix and let stand for about 10 minutes
Finely crumble the chocolate. Whip cream and 1 sachet of vanilla sugar until stiff. Mix mascarpone, quark, sugar, 2 sachets vanilla sugar, cinnamon and orange zest until smooth. Layer everything in dessert glasses or a bowl. Pour cream on top. Dust with cocoa
