##Orange## peel thickly, cut in half and slice. Peel ##Kiwis## and ##Pineapple##, remove the stalk from the pineapple. Cut kiwis and pineapple into pieces. Break open the pomegranate and remove the seeds. Sprinkle the fruits with liqueur and honey, leave to stand

Grease 4 ovenproof moulds (each containing approx. 200 ml), sprinkle with sugar and fill to 3⁄4 with the mixture. Bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 175°C/circulating air: 150°C/gas: level 2) for approx. 15 minutes. Turn out the cakes onto plates and dust with icing sugar. Spread fruit salad around them. Serve immediately
