Chocolate cake with fruit salad

Ingredients

  • 1 Orange
  • 2 Kiwis (e.g. yellow)
  • 1 Baby pineapple
  • 1 small pomegranate
  • 1-2 TABLESPOONS Orange liqueur
  • 1 TEASPOON Honey or maple syrup
  • 100 g Dark chocolate
  • 75 g Butter
  • 2 eggs + 2 egg yolks (Gr. M)
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Sugar
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Flour
  • 7-10 Tbsp Fat and sugar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Icing sugar

Directions

    ##Orange## peel thickly, cut in half and slice. Peel ##Kiwis## and ##Pineapple##, remove the stalk from the pineapple. Cut kiwis and pineapple into pieces. Break open the pomegranate and remove the seeds. Sprinkle the fruits with liqueur and honey, leave to stand

    Chopping chocolate. Melt with butter in a hot water bath. Let it cool down. Beat the eggs, egg yolks and sugar with a hand mixer until creamy. Fold in chocolate butter and flour

    Grease 4 ovenproof moulds (each containing approx. 200 ml), sprinkle with sugar and fill to 3⁄4 with the mixture. Bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 175°C/circulating air: 150°C/gas: level 2) for approx. 15 minutes. Turn out the cakes onto plates and dust with icing sugar. Spread fruit salad around them. Serve immediately
