Ingredients

Servings: 20
  • 20 Berries (e.g. strawberries, raspberries, blackberries)
  • 100 g Couverture (e.g. plain, whole milk or white)
  • 2 TABLESPOONS colourful sugar pearls
  • 20 wooden skewers

Directions

    Select the berries, wash if necessary and dab dry well. Chop the chocolate coating (separated according to variety) and melt in a hot water bath. Put the berries on skewers and carefully pull them through a kind of chocolate coating.

    Sprinkle with sugar pearls and let dry.
