Chive toast with egg

Ingredients

Servings: 1
  • 1 egg (size M)
  • 1 washer (30 g) Whole grain toast
  • 1 tsp (5 g) Half-fat butter
  • 7-10 Tbsp a few stalks of chives
  • 1 (approx. 80 g) Tomato

Directions

    Hard boil the egg for about 8 minutes. Then rinse cold, peel and slice. Toast whole grain toast, spread with fat and cut in half. Spread slices of egg on top.

    Wash the chives and cut into small rolls except for a few longer tips for garnishing. Sprinkle on toast slices. Clean, wash and slice the tomato. Serve with the tomatoes
