Chinese fried noodles

Ingredients

  • 30 g ribbon noodles
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, pepper
  • 200 g White or pointed cabbage
  • 1-2 Spring onions
  • 1 medium-sized carrot
  • 50 g Mung bean seedlings
  • 100 g Pork escalope
  • 1 tsp (5 g) Oil
  • 2-3 TABLESPOONS Soy sauce
  • 1 knife tip Sambal Oelek

Directions

    Cook the pasta in boiling salted water for 5-6 minutes until al dente. Clean or peel and wash cabbage, spring onions and carrot. Cut cabbage into fine strips, carrot into pieces and spring onions into rings. Wash and drain the sprouts

    Wash the cutlets, dab dry and cut into strips. Drain the noodles and let them drain

    Heat the oil in a coated pan. Fry the meat for 2-3 minutes. Season with salt and pepper, remove

    Stir-fry the vegetables in hot frying fat for approx. 5 minutes. Add 2-3 tablespoons of water and season everything with soy sauce and Sambal Oelek. Add noodles and sprouts and fry for 2-3 minutes. Add meat again, heat up and season to taste
