Drain the beans on a sieve. Fry the minced meat in hot oil. Clean, wash and dice the bell pepper and add it to the minced meat. Stir-fry several times.
Pour on the strained tomatoes and 300 millilitres of water. Stir in the contents of the bag "Fix for Chili" and add beans and corn. Bring everything to the boil while stirring. Cover and cook over low heat for five minutes.
Stir now and then. Garnish with parsley and chilli as desired.
