Chilli bean mince tortillas

Ingredients

  • 1 TABLESPOON Oil
  • 500 g mixed minced meat
  • 3 Onions
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Chilli powder
  • 7-10 Tbsp dried oregano
  • 1 can(s) (425 ml) baked beans in tomato sauce
  • 4 (à 45 g) floor tortillas
  • 50 g grated gouda cheese
  • 7-10 Tbsp Oregano
  • baking paper

Directions

    Heat the oil in a pan and fry the mince. Peel onions and garlic and dice finely. Add 2/3 of the diced onions and garlic to the minced meat. Season minced meat with salt, chilli and oregano.

    Fold in baked beans. Heat a pan. Heat the tortillas for 30 seconds on each side and immediately turn them into bags. Fill with the minced bean mixture and place on a baking tray lined with baking paper.

    Sprinkle with cheese. Bake in a preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ convection oven: 175 °C/ gas: level 3) for 6-8 minutes. Arrange on a plate, sprinkle with remaining onion cubes and garnish with oregano.
